Describe stops, slopes, surface, daily operating hours and boarding frequency. A resort shuttle with luggage imposes a different payload requirement from occasional campus trips. State whether the route stays on private property; public-road acceptance needs a separate destination review.
Configuration
Confirm six seats, direction of travel, passenger restraint needs and accessories. Ask for curb weight, gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and payload capacity for the equipped cart. A family maximum does not establish capacity after a roof, enclosure or luggage rack is added.
Quantity
Split the requested units by seating layout, battery and accessories. Ask each candidate factory for MOQ, sample availability and sample freight separately. A sample review can expose layout differences, but it cannot establish production consistency without an agreed inspection plan.
Destination
Provide the receiving state or port, unloading conditions and requested delivery window. Compare one Incoterm, separate vehicle price from inspection and freight, and identify destination-side costs.
