Name the exact passenger and load requirement
Write six occupants and describe seat orientation, boarding access, roof, enclosure and baggage equipment. Request payload capacity in lb/kg after accessories are included, plus curb weight and gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR). Where towing is required, ask for towing capacity and hitch assumptions separately. A vehicle-family maximum must not be used as the offered cart's rating.
Describe energy use instead of selecting a pack by label
Ask candidate suppliers for nominal battery capacity and usable battery capacity in kWh, battery type, charging connector and charger input. Record the daily route, stops, load, temperature range and charging window. For a proposed sample check, keep those conditions constant, record starting and ending charge state, and compare the measured route against the requirement. State what the budget must include
An optional amount or range should name currency and per-unit or total-order scope. List whether the charger, customization, sample, inspection, freight, duty and destination handling are inside that budget. High-end may prioritize finish, customization and support; budget may prioritize a simpler configuration. Mid-range and undecided remain valid choices. These labels express buyer trade-offs and never establish verified supplier quality.
List the delivery and evidence exceptions
Provide quantity, destination, requested delivery window and one Incoterm. Ask for MOQ, sample charges, quotation validity and separate production, inspection and shipping stages. Match document requests to vehicle category, exact model, configuration and model year. Used alternatives need unit-level VIN or identifier, hours and dated condition evidence. Buyer-side advisers must review import and registration applicability; a sourcing brief cannot grant approval.
